I got the pattern for this vest for Christmas and I had to get 6 balls of yarn for it! I was suprised by how fast I was able to make it because I typically stick to smaller things. Anyway, this is how it turned out!
I always use paper patterns so that I can put a check mark next to each round I finish. If I don't understand a stitch, I usually look up a video on YouTube (make sure you look up the right version of the stitch: UK crochet terms are different than US crochet terms!)
They pattern should show as well. If you are working amagurumi and you see something like "six double crochets" maybe it is UK terms. Patterns are great if you plan to listen to music or something as you crochet. Also, you may be able to work faster.
NICE JOB! KNITTING MIGHT JUST BE THE FOURTH HONOURED AND GREAT SUBJECT
Wow that looks great! I'm really only good at crocheting square things like scarves and headbands. 😂
It looks really nice and comfortable!!
Also, really weird question.
You are a girl, correct?
I saw in Muffinman's TTH story that he was calling you a boy.
WOW!! That's amazing Ickaw!! I couldn't imagine how long it must have taken!
