I MADE A GAME! Well- unless it’s already been made before and I just thought of it without influence. ANWAYS! This game works better with more people but small groups work too.
Okay, so basically you split your group from older (I realize ages may vary) and younger. If your playing with kids you can just split them from grades (K-5, 5-12 or whatever grades you got) and if not… idk figure out ages and split evenly.
Have some people from each group (older and younger) volunteer to be Fangs.
Now… assign one person from the older group, to one of the people from the younger group. The older one will be their Throne Warden. (The older ones are always the Throne Warden for the first round. You can swap roles after)
If possible, equip all Fangs and Throne Wardens with fake swords. It makes the game more fun with swords. If you have no swords… than just tag people. If you tag their arm, they lose that arm for the round. Same goes for their legs and other limbs. If you tag their head than they are out for the round. (High Kings/Queens do NOT get a sword/the ability to tag someone out. I know it’s technically unrealistic but it makes the game more fun)
Ummm did I miss anything before I wrap it up…? No? Ok.
Point of the Game (Throne Wardens):
As Throne Wardens, you must protect your charge (High Kings/Queens) from the Fangs. If the Fangs take out your charge (tagging their head or using their sword to get to their head or other vital area) then you have failed as a Throne Warden and are out. You’re also out if a Fang tags your head, meaning your charge will be running around unprotected. Anyways, if you and your charge make it to the end of the game without getting out, you both win. Everyone is against each other except for the assigned pairs.
Point of the Game (Charges):
It’s best for you to stay with your assigned Throne Warden. You have two chances to heal either you or your Throne Warden (First well water). If either of you loses a limb you may tap the missing limb and they are able to use it again. You may only bring your Throne Warden back into the game if they are out by using all of your Well water. So if you only have one left, you may not use it to bring your Throne Warden back. And you may not use the well water (just a term. You don’t have to use actual water) to revive a King/Queen.
Point of the Game (Fangs):
All Fangs are a team. As a Fang you must try and eliminate as many High Kings/Queens as possible. Taking out Throne Wardens might be helpful so the charges have no protection. But if a Throne Warden is revived after getting out, you must give them and their charge a ten second getaway. If all High Kings/Queens are out before the game ends, the Fangs win. (If you’re tagged on the head as a Fang you are also out)
Bonus: If you want to assign someone (or take a winner from the first round) as the Florid Sword, that could be fun. All they have to do is run around and take out the Fangs. The Well water is not allowed to heal the Florid Sword.Whoever is assigned as the Florid Sword has to talk like him the entire game. If they break character they are out.
I might’ve missed something so if you have questions let me know! I just did this for fun idk why. Also if this is an actual thing and I didn’t know… cool. I put a Wingfeather spin on it.
Sounds really fun but I don't think any of my friends would be interested... I talk about Wingfeather so much they'll stop me if I even mention it now😂
**adds to BETHEL YOU ABSOULUTELY HAVE TO DO THIS list
My brother and I have foam swords (not the pathetic flimsy ones, they are basically sticks with decorative padding) but we only have two…
THIS SOUNDS SO MUCH FUNNNNNN!!!!!!! I'll definently be playing some time later
XD sounds really fun! It sounds a bit like a game called protect the president but its more simple than this one. this one sounds even better and its WFS!
WHAAAAAAAAT WAIT THAT IS SOOO FUUUUUUUUUUN
This is awesome and I want to play it! I'm thinking half-length pool noodles would work well for swords.
Are the Throne Warden/King pairs fighting against other Throne Warden/king pairs, or only against the fangs?
