19 year old Madya Wingfeather ran through the woods. Her father, Artham Wingfeather, had been searching for her all day. She was planning on running away, as her parents wouldn't let her go exploring. She hated to leave her cousins, but she had no other choice.
"Madya!" Artham flew over the Annieran forest.
"Madya where are you?!"
Madya looked down at her outfit with guilt. She had stolen some clothes from her cousin Janner, since he had mostly clothes made for outdoors. Madya thought back on the day she had asked her parents if she could go exploring. Kalmer had immediately wanted to go with his cousin, but Artham had said no. He made sure that Madya knew that she couldn't go, but Madya was going to go whether he liked it or not.
Even as she ran through the forest, she thought back on her cousin Janner, and his wife. Janner had taught Madya from a young age about obeying and respecting her parents. Madya knew she would miss Janner out of them all. She kept running as tears leaked out of her eyes. She couldn't turn back, not now. She thought that Artham and Arundelle would kill her for what she had attempted at doing. Her thoughts on that were completely wrong, but she didn't know.
Madya kept running, when she ran into a clearing in the forest. In the clearing there was a small cabin, with a small calm river running next to it. There was a boat docked in the river, and Madya knew what she was about to do was wrong. She went straight towards the boat, trying her best to not be seen. Once she reached the boat, she untied it and jumped in.
That was when the man in the cabin walked out and saw Madya.
That was good! She definitely has a lot to learn, but I'm sure she will get there. Poor Artham and Arundelle!
This made me sad, having read your fanfic when she was a toddler 😢
Exciting!!
Does Madya learn her lesson?
WHAT?! You know better! How could you?!
Kaladan: Nooooo!!! My cousin!!!!!
Wow I love it so far! I WANT MOREEE!
