I don't necessarily like that resolution because every time I set out to do it, I never finish. I personally think it's better just to make it a goal to read and focus on one book on a time rather than start from the beginning. I can't tell you how many times I made it through Genesis in this resolution and then didn't get any further in the year because I didn't find Exodus interesting (the second half anyway).

I ended up reading it through just picking out books and reading them in whatever order I wanted. I would recommend that with an app I use called Through the Word

Yup! I heard about it in this sermon a couple years back.

You'll change when you see the need and want to. I don't get the hype of trying to be different just because it's a new year
