About how things change, and they are not always the same or continue as we wish they did, but that we must learn to accept, adapt, and overcome, lest we run into a wall. Banging your head upon the wall must be a way to embody these philosophical realities physically, so as to remind ourselves of their great truth and thereby take the first step in progress!
