As most of us know by now, episode 1 of season 2 is releasing on April 5 for guild members only. It will be free to watch for everyone sometime after that, but they haven't announced a specific date for that yet.

... and according to this page, it will be free for everyone in the fall of 2024. Ouch. DVDs are expected to release this summer.
I don't think any of us can stand waiting until the FALL to watch our beloved Wingfeather Saga season 2!!! So my advice? Babysit. Mow lawns. Have a bake sale. Tutor some kids. Scrape together $12 and join the guild for May only, or April and May if you can manage $24. (Or if you have lots and lots of money, go ahead and join the Angel Guild longterm! š) If you have local friends who also love WFS, maybe you can pool your money for the guild membership and just go to each other's houses to watch together. Because NO ONE wants to wait until fall!!!
(But maybe they'll surprise us and the general release will only be a couple of weeks behind the guild release. That would be nice.)
The wording in the WFS posts before the last livestream was a bit misleading, it would have been good to just say there would be āInformation regarding the releaseā or something like thatā¦ I understand their need for revenue (you canāt make a TV show with out money). I also agree it would be best to wait till all the episodes are out, then pay the $12 for a month, and then cancel once you finish them if you donāt want to keep paying the monthly subscriptionā¦
