Yeah IDK where I was going with this XD it's not very good honestly but I'm a HORRENDOUS drawer and so I'm kinda proud 🤣🥹🤌 the top is a galadriel quote in Tengwar (elvish script) and the bottom is the quote in the cool Hobbit font thingo :) alr idk how to end this ummm FANGS ARE UGLY!!

Esbinia opened her eyes to darkness. One minute she had been in the cookery, and the next a hand was clamped over her mouth and she was dragged away. She groped around her and only felt the cold ground below her. She started to squirm and realised her arms were tied. She wriggled her hands but the rope was tight. 

“Hello!” She called. Silence. She began to hyperventilate. Breathing heavily and wrenching her body trying to break free. 

“Stop.” Someone said calmly. So Esbinia did. She froze. 

The darkness vanished as the cloth was pulled from her eyes. She squinted in the dingy light. She appeared to be in a stone room. There was a small table holding a fading lantern. There were pictures on the wall of various people she didn’t know. The ceilings were low and dripping. She was sitting on the damp floor, hands and feet bound.…

Janner flung the front door open and immediately wove his way through the thick crowd calling Esbinia. He reappeared minutes later shaking his head. Artham wasted no time, spreading his wings and lifting high above the bustling people. He scanned the crowd, and perched on rooftops,ducking into alleyways. 

Amund wanted to find his sister, he wanted to be the man he was expected to be, but he couldn’t move. His feet felt glued to the floor, and his heart was beating out of his chest. He felt numbed to the world around him. Kalmar, who had been looking in the back of the building, brushed past Amund and looked at Artham expectantly. Artham landed lightly on the creaky deck and shook his head. “I’m sorry son.” He sighed.

Heh. Okay… lots to say. Here we go… im caught up on assignments and somewhat happy with my GPA… praise God im like 90% sure i got honor roll! And… finals are next week so i‘ll know for sure after that.

Yesterday and today were team comp days. I’m ridiculously sore and moving hurts a lot. Please pray for a speedy recovery.

Finally, I’d really appreciate it if yall could pray for me bec I was appointed to a leader position for my House (teams i sorta mentioned earlier). I‘ll be the female spiritual lead for the year. I‘m a mix of excited and nervous. Please pray that i have the grace to serve my classmates as best i can and bring ever closer to God.

So I've recently been rereading the Screwtape Letters for school, and came across something interesting about prayer. Screwtape says to make the human think that it doesn't matter what position he prays in, and that that is false because our bodily positions affect our souls and spirits.

So I want your opinions. Do you think Lewis is correct? What position do you pray in normally? Have you noticed this affecting your prayerlife?

ok so recently my mother and I got a sourdough starter from her friend, and...it needs a name XD we already made one loaf...that I may have burned...
