It’s called “Dragon Scion Slain” and it’s sort of a reference to the Legend of the Sunken Mountains, but it’s poetic enough so that it also applies to Christianity. It ended up being six verses, and I think it’s pretty cool.
It has a tune already… and I can sing it, but I lost my voice this week doing *perfect* Fang/Strander voices whilst reading North! or be Eaten aloud to my siblings. It also postponed my recording a “making of” video that goes through my creative process in this song (I’m itching to share all the references in here!)

The second verse is also posted on YouTube, if you want to see that: youtube.com/channel/UC-kI8ilo7g9FPi1ncd_nQSQ/community?lb=UgkxHBNPNNqmNd3O5O19I7fvHjOgDBdarlvt
Awesome!!
I saw that you posted part of it on YouTube!! I can’t wait to hear the whole thing especially when it’s sung!!
So good! Bravo!!
Oh no! I've done the same thing when reading to my siblings. I don't think I ever completely lost my voice, though.
This is really cool! I'm looking forward to hearing the rest!
I was going to say that that is a perfectly acceptable reason to lose your voice, but I changed my mind. I want to hear the song.
But if you are going to lose your voice, that's the way to do it. I miss reading to my siblings...
Oo! This sounds so good! I hope you get your voice back soon!
