Guys, I think this should be fine. Worst case scenario, we'll scrap this and we'll just have to make our own adventures...
But, I'll start off (in the comments), and then someone else can join in (Also in the comments) . Please stay in character, there are plenty of other threads where one can blow up things LOL Keep in mind that this will be other people's stories too, including mine. So don't let me regret this, I want to have fun with this!
I trust yall, I just need to clarify this. Also, if you don't make WFS stories, please enjoy our spinning of a new tale, but don't join in and confuse those of us who have characters...
Ok, I think I've said enough. Let the Adventure begin!😁😁
In the words of old Argonian,
Drenthan tol kelden wen ennel men Aerwiar!
"Let us begin the book of Aerwiar!"
Despite Janner's urging, Kjartan couldn't resist going back to the library one last time.
"Really, Kjartan?" he laughed "It's not like Ms. Sidler is going anywhere," He shook his head laughingly.
It took a minute for Kjartan to realize what Janner was actually saying.
"Oh, wait a minute! We aren't like THAT at all!"
"Oh suuuuuure." More laughing came from Janner.
"No, I'm serious! She was telling me about her childhood living on a farm near the Blackwoods. We are friends, but I was gleaning information!"
Janner would have crossed his arms had he not had to have opened the library door. "Ok, so what are you needing to discuss with Ms. Just-friends Sidler?"
Kjartan laughed. "You're right. And I need to ask about some of the legendary paths that lead deep into the forest. I can't be a very good scout without some prior knowledge of the area."
Janner shrugged. "Well, that's true. Were there no books that shed any light on the subject?"
"Not that I saw... another reason I wanted to come back." Janner's eyes glazed over again as he saw those oceans of books. "Yeah, well, don't think I'm bothered..."
Kjartan left Janner once again to explore the vast sea of knowledge while he headed back up to the third floor. The sign at the desk said that Ms Sidler was out, although some gentleman or another was in charge in her absence.
Oh well, guess I'll have to explore the books by myself. Or maybe I'll find that gentleman.
Ok, that's my turn. We can take multiple turns btw. I left @Azog the Moderator the chance to dive in, since his character hasn't been the library yet... 😁
Have at it!
