November has drawn to a close and December is here! The Wingfeather Saga episode 1 premiered on the 2nd, and anticipation is building for episode 2. Episode 2 will premiere December 16th, and episode 3 will also be released December 30th.
Our illustrious member Janna the Heart continues her story that we know and love "Mystery of the House on Road Street."
Kalmar Wolf King introduced his new story "Lewek." We have enjoyed reading about Kalmar's fantasy world, and imaginative characters.
Lurtz has continued the story of the iconic Gertrude Mcgillicudy, and her adventures with her sagacious (or else not so sagacious) hedgehog, Sebastian.
And if it wasn't enough to already have three stories to enjoy, our distinguished book enthusiast Oskar N. Reteep spoils us with his own series "The Door in the Stone."
Our Admin, Anna J. posted 20 different drawing prompts to celebrate the new premier, including Sea Dragons, Capture, Family, Food, Friend, Love, Hollows, Wild, Song, Light, Protect, Dang, Strander, Laughter, Ancient, Sacrifice, Roof, Book, Joy, and Home. You can see these lovely drawings in the forum. (Leeli Iggyfeather's hand drawings are something special.)
Leeli Iggyfeather and other members started posting memes to count down the days until the premier of episode 1. Leeli did a Toothy Cow Bell raffle, and our own co-admin Aerwiar Archives was the fortunate recipient. Thanks to Leeli, and Congratulations to Aerwiar Archives!
Kylie Knobloch has continued her tradition of posting a prayer pool for any members that may need requests. Thank you, Kylie!
Janner Wingfeather was working on a LEGO Igiby Cottage and it is now LIVE on LEGO Ideas. You can support it now. Here is the link: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/2519d279-1cd5-4af2-ab64-d9e93e4c19e6. It needs 10,000 supporters for LEGO to review it and potentially turn it into an official LEGO set.
We've seen many members join this month, and are now at 81. If you happen to be one of them, welcome!
The contest results for the first quarter of the T.H.A.G.S. contest were also announced in November. In third place is Riley L, with her story "I Need to Protect." And second is Dusty Glassford, with his account of "The Kidnapping." First place is Kylie Knobloch with her tale "Plans to Protect." Congratulations to the winners and thank you all who participated The contest will continue this winter with the second quarter-Form.
The Thwap House hosted a Thwapmoot Watch Party on December 2nd, we played games, talked, and watched videos, until we left to watch the premier. The Thwap House hosted another Thwapmoot on the 3rd.
As always, we are glad to have you all here! We look forward to more fun here in December!
Sincerely,
The Thwap House Team
